Repeat Prescriptions
Online repeat medication requests are for our current clients of Acorn House, if we have not seen your pet before then, please DO NOT request medication via this route and instead telephone 01234 261839 option 1 to speak to one of our receptionists.
If your pet requires continuous medication, the vet may set you up on a repeat prescription.
Vets are legally obligated to reassess patients as often as is necessary to ensure that the medication remains safe and appropriate for their needs; and at least every six months. Medication check-ups are priced at a standrad consult fee. Our receptionists can tell you when your check is due.
When you require a repeat prescription, please give us two working days to authorise and dispense your prescription.
